Family & Eco-friendly Fun in the Sun!
Sustainable Events Collective is proud to announce the return of our annual Beach Clean-Up! We are thrilled to once again volunteer through the Alliance for the Great Lakes, a non-profit dedicated to protecting and conserving the Great Lakes through research, education, and action. Spend the day with friends and family doing some good for our beaches, lakes, and earth! If you’re not able to make it, consider making a kind donation to support the Alliance for the Great Lakes’ mission below!

Beach Clean Up Location: Kathy Osterman Beach (Hollywood Beach)
Street parking available. Close connections to the Red Line, 84, 147, and 151 bus routes.

Having trouble finding our event? Search for our beach clean-up by searching “Hollywood-Ardmore/ Kathy Osterman Beach” on 07/14/26 starting at 9:30 AM. Once you click “register,” it should note in the event information that SEC is the organization host. Fill in your information, and that’s that! You should receive a follow up email confirming your registration.

We are excited to share that the scope of our Beach Clean-Up has expanded! In the morning, we will meet at Colvin House, a member of SEC and a generous sponsor for this event, where we will indulge in some light morning refreshments and an educational discussion on the impact of beach clean-ups. Then we will hop into action and walk over to Kathy Osterman Beach to start our sweep.
We’ll have refreshments and music to keep us going through the day, and to cap off a successful clean-up, we have ice cream to celebrate a job well done!
