At Katherine Anne Confections, we create artisan, handcrafted truffles and caramels using the finest natural and organic ingredients.
As a microbatch chocolatier, we focus on local and seasonal for the inspiration behind our flavors. Imagine an Apricot Basil Truffle, or a Rosemary Sea Salt Caramel.
Our line of classic treats includes Hazelnut, Java, and Toasted Coconut Rum truffles, and Honey Vanilla caramels.
Custom-designed treats are available. We are confident that you won’t be able to resist the allure of our decadent treats, so we offer complimentary tastings to all of our brides.

How We Stay Sustainable:
Our wedding and event favor boxes are handmade with long grass paper instead of trees. Being biodegradable, and made from renewable energy ensures an eco-friendly box. Tiny white flowers adorn the surface, creating an unforgettable favor.
