My name is Kate Scott Daly (she/her), and I can't wait to meet you!
I'm a Chicago native and have been a professional photographer for nearly a decade.
I am obsessed with capturing the perfect moment that will make you gasp and say "Oh my god, this is amazing!" Being a queer woman, it is so important to me that you feel safe, loved, and beautiful every step of the way.
When you receive your wedding album, I want the story of your wedding day to flow through every image. From the moment you start getting ready to cutting loose on the dance floor, I will be there to capture it all.
If you're looking for someone you can relax with and just be yourself, you've found me! Let's face it: it can be awkward being in front of a camera.
Even I feel nervous sometimes! I understand that anxiety and will do everything I can to make you feel fabulous and comfortable while still looking gorgeous.
How We Stay Sustainable:
One of the most important things to me as a small business owner is the eco footprint I leave, and I am always working on reducing that footprint. From providing digital contracts, invoices, and timelines, to setting up my own studio in my home to save on building space, I pride myself on being an eco-conscious vendor!
In addition to my own steps to be more eco-friendly, I also work with and recommend vendors who have a similar philosophy (and are often members of the SEC!). By working with these vendors and being part of the SEC, my commitment to sustainability only grows stronger.
